At Lucille, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare or serum products unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
